Who we are

This site is run by Hawk & Wolf Designs Private Limited, Mumbai, India (“Hawk & Wolf”, “we”).

What we collect

Waitlist. Your email address and, if you choose to add them, your first name, WhatsApp number and whether you shop womenswear or menswear.

Job applications. The details you send in the application form, including any links you share.

To keep the forms free of spam. Your approximate country and city, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address.

We don’t use advertising cookies on this site. We may count visits with cookie-free analytics that do not identify you.

How we use it

To tell you when the webshop opens and share previews of new collections, to consider job applications, and to protect the site from abuse. We don’t sell your information.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. When the webshop opens, the waitlist moves to our store platform so we can contact you from there.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details stay until you leave the list. Job applications are kept for twelve months, then deleted.

Your choices

To leave the waitlist, see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, write to hello@hawknwolf.com. We’ll act on your request within 30 days.
